Rick Ross is looking fit lately--thanks to RossFit.
He's dropped more than 100 pounds in the last year by doing CrossFit according to E! News reports on Friday.
"The most I used to do for exercise was stand up and count money," said Ross in an interview on Tim Westwood TV in the United Kingdom, reported MTV last month.
Ross told Westwood that he refers to his version of the exercise program as 'RossFit.'
When asked about the results of the new workout during his September appearance on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, Ross said, "I feel good."
Although CrossFit has been linked to healthy lifestyle changes and pound shedding, it's not an easy routine. The intense program involves constant motion and many different strength-training exercises, like Power Cleans and Thrusters.
CrossFit encourages people to do the workout in a group, to keep up motivational togetherness.
"The communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it's so effective," according to the official website.
CrossFit continues to maintain its popularity and many celebrities mention it as a part of their daily routine. Ross has joined the group of celebrities who feel the burn from CrossFit.
