Jodie Claman's daughter, Mia Deakin, was reportedly seriously injured in a drive-by shooting when the vehicle she was in with an unidentified man was attacked by a passing SUV.

"At around 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, a man drove by in an SUV and fired multiple shots at a couple at the Chevron gas station on East Hastings near Vernon drive," Global News reported.

Jodie Claman, who owns a high-end clothing boutique and catering business, starred on Canada's Real Housewives of Vancouver beginning in 2012, and her daughter has appeared on the series, as well.

Although the season one premiere of The Real Housewives of Vancouver was Slice's highest-rated premiere in network history, capturing an impressive 1.2 million viewers, the show was put "on hold" in June 2013, while the network explored other programing, and has yet to return.

"It is still early in the investigation and the motive for the shooting is not known, but police believe the attack to be targeted," Constable Brian Montague of the Vancouver Police said in a statement.

In a second report by the Vancouver Sun, it was reported that Deakin was taken from the scene with serious injuries (reports claim the reality star was shot multiple times in the back), while the man involved was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

In a photo from the scene posted to Twitter, a silver Toyota Rav4 is seen with the driver's side back window shattered.

No arrests have been made.
