Camille Grammer's ex-boyfriend is reportedly suing her over allegations of a fabricated assault.
Just one week after Dimitri Charalambopoulos evaded charges of an assault against the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, he has filed a lawsuit against her, claiming she lied about the assault and ruined his life.
According to a June 2 report by TMZ, Charalambopoulos' attorney, Guy Fisher, filed a suit, alleging Grammer "baselessly accused him of cheating and he immediately left the hotel room ... at which point Camille faked the entire melee, smudging her make-up and even pulling hair from her hairbrush to scatter around the room."
In Oct. 2013, Grammer was granted a restraining order against Charalambopoulos, claiming he had brutally beat her in a Houston hotel room, where she was recovering from a radical hysterectomy for endometrial cancer.
At the time, Grammer stated that Charalambopoulos had grabbed her by the hair, using it as a handlebar to slam her head repeatedly into the headboard of her bed. As a result of his attack, Grammer reportedly had a large, painful contusion on the side of her head.
Then, on May 28, a judge ruled on the case, claiming to be unable to move forward with the charges because of a lack of evidence (despite Grammer presenting photographs of her alleged injuries).
In his suit against Grammer, Charalambopoulos said he cared for her post cancer surgery, even "draining her catheter bag."
Charalambopoulos is now suing for defamation, malicious prosecution, fraud and more, claiming Grammer's allegations against him have been a complete devastation.
