Gretchen Rossi Pregnant 2014: Former 'RHOC' Star Moving Forward With In-Vitro Fertilization, Talks Wedding Spinoff

Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley are planning for a baby and a wedding.

After struggling with conflicting goals for their future following Rossi's 2013 proposal, the former Real Housewives of Orange County star and her longtime love appear to have come to an agreement and are now planning for their family, as well as their upcoming nuptials. 

"Babies have been on the brain for awhile for me, so we're working with an amazing fertility doctor," Rossi revealed in a new interview with TooFab. "We are just really excited about that process, even though it's hard because doing in-vitro [fertilization] is never easy. But everything is moving forward."

Following their engagement, which came after several years of dating, Rossi and Smiley butted heads over whether they would get married before having children, or start a family before getting married. The disagreement was a big one and ultimately resulted in their putting both options on hold until they could agree.

Now, after spending several weeks on the set of Marriage Boot Camp, Rossi and Smiley are both getting what they want, Rossi with her baby plans, and Smiley with an upcoming wedding.

"We are definitely planning," Rossi confirmed of the pair's wedding plans. "We have found a couple locations that we love but we are not disclosing a date yet."

Rossi also confirmed reports of a possible spinoff. However, while she and Smiley are considering the possibility, they aren't completely sold on the idea.

"We have already been offered [a show]. So a couple people have been talking with us about it and we just really aren't sure," Rossi explained. "It's a big decision to make and it's a hard thing to carry your own show. We know people want to see the wedding, but I just don't want our special day to be wrecked."
