Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have reportedly been given a free retail space to house their new Dash Boutique in the Hamptons.
In just a few weeks, the Kardashian sisters will begin filming on their latest spin-off of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons, and while there have been reports that the town isn't happy about their arrival, one particular landlord is thrilled to be loaning them his retail space.
"Irma Herzog, a local business proprietor, has agreed to let [Kourtney and Khloe] operate in a 600-foot venue at 64 Jobs Lane rent free, believing it will stimulate business for her adjacent restaurant, The Driver’s Seat," Radar Online reported on May 22.
On Wednesday, March 26, E! announced Kourtney and Khloe would be "taking" on a new adventure, this time in The Hamptons. The show follows in the footsteps of its predecessors, Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kourtney & Kim Take New York and Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, all of which include two of the Kardashians "taking" a particular city.
The series will follow Kourtney and Khloe as they spend time in The Hamptons, opening up a new Dash Boutique and searching for a new location for their New York City store.
Also included in the Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami fun are Scott Disick, Kourtney's longtime partner and father of her two kids, and their sister, Kim, who will be fresh off her wedding to Kanye West.
Of the Hamptons retail space, a second source added to The NY Daily News, “They didn’t want to pay the $30,000 to $60,000 rent charged at most Hamptons stores, so they agreed to shoot episodes of the show in the restaurant."
Filming is scheduled to being on June 2.
