Roger Federer is a father of four.

Nearly five years after welcoming twin girls with wife, Mirka Vavrinec, Federer has welcomed a second set of twins.

"Mirka and I are so incredibly happy to share that Leo and Lenny were born this evening!" Federer tweeted on Tues., May 6, along with the hash tags, "Twins Again" and "Miracle."

Federer and former Women's Tennis Association player Mirka Vavrinec got married on April 11, 2009, after first meeting at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, when he was 18 and she was 21. The wedding ceremony was held at the Wenkenhof Villa in Riehen, Switzerland, and attended by a small group of close friends and family members. On July 23, 2009, Vavrinec gave birth to identical twin girls, whom they named Myla Rose and Charlene Riva.

On Monday, Federer hinted that his wife may soon go into labor when he pulled out of his scheduled appearance at this week's Madrid Open.

"I've decided to withdraw from Madrid to be with my wife Mirka during these next few exciting weeks for our family," Federer announced on his Facebook page. "I apologize to my fans and hope to be back in Madrid next year. I'll be training near my home, and am excited to rejoin the Tour soon!"

Federer first announced his wife's second pregnancy on Christmas Eve of 2013. At the time, Federer told fans that his daughters would soon be big sisters, but didn't reveal the gender or due date of what was assumed to be just one child.
