Sophie Monk reportedly saved the life of a fellow actress.
In a new interview, Monk opened up about the scary incident, which reportedly left the mystery starlet near death before Monk came to the rescue and called for an ambulance.
“I was walking through this party and they said, ‘Meet this celebrity’,” Monk recalled during an interview on Show and Tell’s Merrick Watts and Jules Lund, according to a May 5 report by Radar Online. “All of a sudden I was like, ‘She’s had too much’, and she starts convulsing like crazy."
Once the unnamed actress began convulsing, her friends sprung into action, stripping her naked and putting her in the show, but unfortunately, they bolted after that, fearing that they would get in trouble if they remained on site. But luckily for the star, Monk, who is known for her work in Click and Date Movie, as well as her former relationship with Good Charlotte's Benji Madden, stayed at her side and called for help.
“I said, ‘I’m not leaving,” the London-born beauty said.
Monk found a piece of clothing and covered her body and she waited for paramedics to arrive. Once they did, the actress was foaming at the mouth, but after receiving medical attention, she came to.
Unfortunately, the next day, the actress was far from grateful to Monk, asking friends, "‘Who was that b***h that called [the ambulance]?’ because she couldn’t remember anything," Monk recalled.
