Joe Francis' Girlfriend Abbey Wilson Is Pregnant With Twins After Undergoing IVF Treatments

Joe Francis' girlfriend Abbey Wilson is pregnant.

After undergoing IVF treatments, Wilson has become pregnant with the couple's first -- and second -- children, Francis confirms.

"We both wanted girls and we wanted them to be healthy and free of genetic diseases so we chose to do IVF," Wilson, 26, explained to Us Weekly on April 10. "I have always heard women say you just know when you are pregnant and I totally understand that now. Your body, smell, sensitivity and cravings all change and mine did from day one."

Francis and Wilson began dating in 2009 after Wilson won Girls Gone Wild's "Search for the Hottest Girl in America" contest. Later that year, the pair reportedly parted ways, but ended up getting back together a short while later. In 2013, Francis and Wilson appeared together on VH1's Couple's Therapy where they addressed how Francis' career affects their relationship. Also during the show, Wilson revealed that she had "suffered from an eating disorder" for the majority of her life.

Last month, Francis announced that he and Wilson were ready for baby and shortly after, Wilson took a blood test which confirmed the pregnancy.

"We chose to have girls," Francis said on his and Wilson's baby news. "I believe people will finally understand my love, respect and admiration for women. I love girls."

After discovering the pregnancy, Francis and Wilson shared the news with two of their closest friends, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick. They also revealed the happy news with Mario and Courtney Lopez, who took them shopping for their new babies at Bel Bambini.
