Kirstie Alley has rejoined Jenny Craig after a 30-pound weight gain.

Seven years after leaving the company which reportedly helped her get her body back on track, the 63-year-old actress signed on to become the brand's spokesperson for a second time.

"I was good for awhile and then I wasn’t good, and the weight crept up," Alley told PEOPLE Magazine on April 7. "Like I say in the ad, I'm not circus fat. I didn’t hugely screw up. I didn’t gain 75. I gained 30."

After first joining Jenny Craig in 2004, Alley lost a whopping 75 pounds and maintained her 145-pound frame for three years. However, after leaving the company in 2007, Alley's weight has gone up and down. Even after launching her own Organic Liaison weight-loss system and signing on for seasons 12 and 15 of Dancing with the Stars, Alley continued to struggle with maintaining a healthy weight.

Then, after gaining 30 pounds in just six months, Alley decided to make a change the best way she knew how -- by rejoining Jenny Craig.

"I love that you have a consultant," Alley explained of her decision. "It's like being an athlete. No athlete is going to do well without having a coach. We have to equate that to life. Without a coach helping us along the way, I don't think someone can make it for the long haul."

Along with Jenny Craig meals, Alley plans to ditch her sugar cookies and begin taking her Organic Liaison supplements, which will be sold in Jenny Craig centers.

"I need to get myself to where I feel cocky again," added Alley.
