Jessica Simpson Selects Three Bridesmaids

Jessica Simpson has chosen three bridesmaids for her upcoming wedding to fiance Eric Johnson.

And in the latest issue of Life & Style Magazine, a source is revealing who those three ladies are.

“She’s selected three women to be her bridesmaids,” the insider revealed to Life & Style on March 26. “She’ll definitely have [sister] Ashlee Simpson and her BFF CaCee Cobb. She’s also chosen her stylist, Nicole Chavez.”

Simpson and Johnson have been engaged since Nov. 2010, but have been forced to postpone their wedding plans because of Simpsons' back-to-back pregnancies.

Less than one year after their engagement, Simpson became pregnant with the couple's first child, Maxwell Drew Johnson, who was born on May 1, 2012. Then, about five months later, Simpson became pregnant again, with the couple's first son, Ace Knute Johnson, who arrived on June 30, 2013.

Once Simpson pumped the breaks on expanding their family, she and Johnson set a date and began planning for a 2014 wedding. However, months into the process, they canceled plans to have the wedding in Italy and opted to instead hold the ceremony closer to home in Los Angeles.

"[They] decided to keep it simple," an insider explained to Us Weekly on March 14, 2014. Another friend noted that the couple believed it would be "too much" to ask of their family and friends to fly to Europe for the nuptials.
