Justin Bieber Claims A Hairline Fracture Made Him Appear Drunk Following DUI Arrest

Justin Bieber has an excuse for appearing drunk after his DUI arrest in Miami earlier this year -- he hurt his foot.

While Bieber was seen struggling to walk a straight line following the arrest, he insists that it wasn't the result of his being under the influence, but rather the result of a hairline fracture.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on March 18, Bieber claimed his unsteadiness on his feet was because of the fracture to his right foot, which he suffered three months ago during a skateboarding accident.

Bieber was arrested on Jan. 23, 2014 and charged with DUI. Once he was in police custody, the pop star tested positive for Xanax and weed, and had a 0.014 blood-alcohol level.

Also in the documents, Bieber reportedly made several "snotty comments" to the arresting officer in his case.

After telling the officer that he was 19 and just trying to have a "good time" when he was pulled over for allegedly drag racing on the streets of Miami, the cop stated that he wasn't driving around in a Lamborghini at 19. In response, Bieber said, "Yeah, well, I bet you didn't have millions of dollars in your bank account either."

Then, when the officer suggested to Bieber that he appeared to be having trouble driving the vehicle, Bieber said, "What? I've been driving a Lamborghini since I was 15."
