Chris Brown will remain behind bars until a hearing next month.
After being kicked out of rehab last week, Brown appeared in court where a judge ordered he remain in jail until late April, at which point his Washington, D.C. assault case will go to trial.
According to TMZ, Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin cited Brown's "inability to stay out of trouble" as his reasoning behind the decision, and claimed he was heavily influenced by a statement made by Brown during his rehab stay, which was, "I am good at using guns and knives."
On Friday, March 14, Brown was booted from rehab after reportedly violating three different facility rules, the first of which was created just for him.
Because of Brown's prior assault on Rihanna, the facility required he stay "at least two feet from the women," but Brown violated the rule when he touched the elbows and hands of a woman on site.
Brown also violated a rule which stated that patients must submit to random drug tests. After being authorized to leave the facility for a short time last week, Brown returned, but when asked to take a drug test, he refused.
Eventually, Brown did submit a drug test, which turned up negative, but his initial refusal was in violation of the facility rules.
Brown's third violation occurred during group therapy when Brown allegedly "made a mockery of rehab" with several harsh comments.
Brown is due back in court on April 23.
