The Little Couple's Jen Arnold is "feeling great" after a devastating cancer diagnosis at the end of 2013.
Arnold was out in New York City with her husband Bill Klein, when she ran into a photographer who asked her for an update on her health.
"Honestly, I'm feeling really good," Arnold, 39, told TMZ on Feb. 27. "I'm just so glad to be out and about again because I was on lockdown for about four months for chemotherapy and recovery."
"I'm doing good, knock on wood," she added. "I'm cancer free."
In Dec. 2013, Arnold released a statement to Us Weekly, revealing that she had been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, and that she was undergoing surgery and chemotherapy.
After two months of treatment, Arnold took to Twitter on Feb. 4 to reveal to fans that she was officially cancer free.
"It's official -- ME 1 vs CANCER 0 . . . I WIN!" Arnold wrote. "Thank you for all the prayers, thoughts, & support!"
One day later, she added, "What a wonderful way to celebrate #WorldCancerDay! I am done with cancer!"
On the upcoming sixth season of Little Couple, fans will watch as Arnold goes through her cancer treatment, as well as Will's fourth birthday, baptisms, the holiday season, and Arnold's 40th birthday.
Little Couple season six premieres on Mar. 4, 2014.
