Minnie Driver already has one son, but in a new interview, the About A Boy actress has revealed that she would love to have more kids. Unfortunately, she may be to "elderly" to do so.
"I'd love to. I'd love to have a girl," 44-year-old Driver told to E! News of her desire for more children. "I'd love to have a boy. I'd love to have another baby, but really, I'm so lucky that I have one at all."
After highly publicized relationships with her Good Will Hunting co-star Matt Damon in the 90's and actor Josh Brolin from 1998-2001, Driver met and had a son with a writer she met on the set of The Riches in 2007. At the time of her son's birth in Sept. 2008, Driver kept the identity of the man secret, but later revealed that it was Timothy Jonathan Lea, co-producer of The Riches as well as CSI: New York and Law and Order. They split in 2009.
"I'm quite elderly now, but yeah," Driver continued of the possibility. "Sure, if it came up, if it happened with the right person."
In the meantime, Driver is busy working on About A Boy, and juggling her life as a mommy.
"I don't know. You just have to get up every morning and work hard," she said of her routine. "It is quite challenging having a son, but that's why it's good we shoot [About A Boy] at Universal. I'm nine minutes from the studio and Henry's 10 minutes from there. It works."
And like any mommy, Driver is enjoying the perks of getting to watch her son grow.
"He's a really good swimmer," Driver gushed. "He sings and he plays the piano. He's a good musician. I love it. I can't wait to see what he is apart from being, you know, perfect."
