Jenni "JWoww" Farley may be five months pregnant, but she's not sitting around waiting for baby. Instead, the former Jersey Shore star is staying active and focused on fitness.

"In the morning, I do 45 minutes of cardio on the TreadClimber, followed by some push-ups,” Farley revealed to Life & Style on Feb. 20. “At night, I like to walk around 3 to 4 miles on the treadmill.”

With all that cardio under her belt, Farley has managed to avoid gaining any extra pregnancy weight and doesn't appear to have put on much of anything, judging by her latest social media photos. In fact, her baby bump is completely invisible, even at five months along, which has come as a shock to her Snooki & JWoww costar and longtime friend Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.

"She has no bump yet. She is so skinny, she doesn’t look pregnant at all!" Polizzi told the magazine.

In addition to her exercise plan, Farley also eats healthy, sticking to four to six small meals a day -- which she admits isn't always the easiest program to follow, especially as a pregnant woman.

“All I want to do is eat pizza!” she revealed.

Farley and her fiance Roger Mathews first announced they were expecting on Christmas Day, telling fans, "We couldn't have wished for a better gift this Christmas! Happy Holidays from our growing family to yours! Love, Jenni, Roger and arriving July, 2014 Baby Mathews."

In Jan. 2014, they discovered that their baby, due in July, was a girl. "She will be my best friend and daddy's little girl," she gushed to Us Weekly at the time. "I can't wait for everything from her first steps to her first dance class."
