Kourtney Kardashian is looking great after giving birth to two kids, son Mason, 4, and daughter Penelope, 1, but the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star isn't quite where she wants to be, weight wise, and has enlisted the help of her sister Khloe to get her 110-pound body back.
"Kourtney used to be so obsessed with her body, but now Khloe's in better shape," a friend of the sisters revealed to Life & Style on Feb. 13. She sees how much Khloe has lost and has used that as motivation to help her."
In 2013, following her drawn out split from Lamar Odom, Khloe lost 30 pounds and told Cosmopolitan Magazine that she was feeling good. "I've worked very hard on my body," she said at the time.
To get in shape, Khloe began working four to five days a week doing boxing and cardio exercises, as well as hikes, Pilates, and circuit-trains.
Although Khloe hasn't taken part in any fad diets, she does make sure to keep her food consumption in check, choosing to eat small portions of healthy foods and snacks as opposed to big, heavy meals.
"Khloe loves that Kourtney is asking for her help," Life & Style's insider continued. "She feels like it's crazy how the tables have turned."
Since Kourtney gets bored easily when it comes to fitness, Khloe has been arranging more exciting activities for them to do together, as opposed to the normal weights and cardio. During one outing, the two sisters attended a circus-themed workout class at The Aerial Classroom and, according to an eyewitness, they "were having a blast."
