On Jan. 13, Jane Seymour was featured on the cover of Closer Weekly in a bikini, and now, after receiving much praise for her figure, the 62-year-old actress is speaking out about aging gracefully.

"I work out but not obsessively," Seymour revealed to E! News on Feb. 10. "I do a combination of spinning, Pilates, gyrotonics and lightweights. I eat everything in moderation and I grow organic food and I tend to eat from the garden."

Seymour is known for being one of the more natural actresses in Hollywood, and prides herself on it. "I don't even have facials," she explained. "I do my own makeup. So I just look after my own skin and I take care of myself. I've chosen to let my wrinkles express their feelings because I play characters that need to have a face that moves."

Seymour, who has been acting since 1969, has seen a lot of of her peers succumb to the pressures of the industry, and for Seymour, it seems as though they have chosen to do so because they feel that there is no other option to stay young. Seymour, however, has found what works for her and is thriving as a result.

"Well, a lot of women just give up at a certain point," Seymour said. "And I've had three full-term pregnancies including a C-section and I'm not obsessively working out or doing any of the above, but I think if you do everything in moderation and you decide the size you want to be and within 10 pounds stay there, it's possible."

As for the positive response to her bikini body, which she received following the release of Closer Weekly, Seymour said that she wasn't at all expecting it. "No. No. Not at all," she insisted.
