Kevin And Danielle Jonas Welcomes Baby Girl Alena Rose Jonas

Welcome to the world, Alena Rose Jonas! Kevin and Danielle Jonas welcomed their first child on Sunday, February 2. The couple named their baby daughter, Alena Rose and announced her birth with the hashtag #BabyJonas. According to Us Weekly, Danielle was in labor for 8 hours.

The oldest Jonas Brothers took to Twitter to give updates on the birth of his first baby. He also mentioned that all updates would be given through the sponsored tweets of the laundry detergent Dreft, which is sponsoring the birth of baby Alena. The official photo of Alena Rose was released by the Dreft account.

On Saturday, Feb. 1, he tweeted: "Love using @Dreft as we prepare for Baby Girl! Follow @Dreft for exclusive content from our growing family!"

The next day, the singer tweeted: "It's showtime #thisisnotadrill. I'm so excited... Here we go we're pushing!!!!"

"We are overjoyed at the birth of Alena Rose Jonas," the couple said to E! News. "She is precious! We could not be more excited to start building our family together. We want to thank our family and friends for their love and support, and our fans for all of their well wishes."

Members of the Jonas family also took to Twitter to say their congratulations to the happy couple amidst a family loss. Jerry Miller, the trio's grandfather, died on January 28.

"As one life ends, another begins. Incredibly happy to be an uncle for the first time. Welcome to this world my beautiful niece," Joe Jonas tweeted.

Nick Jonas tweeted: "My grandfathers memorial was yesterday. Today we welcome a new addition to the jonas family. God is great. Can't wait to meet my new niece."

At the end of the day, the new dad tweeted what he felt about his baby girl: "I'm so in love with her."
