Kim Kardashian has made a name for herself by sharing her life with fans, but once she began dating rapper Kanye West, things changed. Kanye has never been one to share the ins and outs of his life, and he hasn't been on board with sharing their daughter North West's life either. However, that may soon change.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians producer Ryan Seacrest "personally reached out to Kim and asked her to consider allowing North on the show, even in just a limited amount," an insider revealed to Radar Online.
"Kim really wants to put North on the show..." the source explained. "Viewers and fans of the show want to see Kim interact with her daughter, and how she is as a mother. Kim has always been an open book with her fans, but once Kanye came on the scene, that all changed. Kanye shuts Kim down whenever she brings it up. [Kanye] doesn't want his daughter ever to appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. He thinks reality television is tacky, and doesn't want North on display. He will be very happy when Kim is done with the show."
According to the report, Kim and Kanye have been in discussions about the possibility and while Kanye isn't yet on board with North joining the show, he may be willing to instead share his and Kim's upcoming summer wedding.
"Kim persuaded Kanye to let the cameras roll because E! will pick up most of the cost of the wedding," a source previously revealed. "It's a lot easier for a network to deal with logistics of a foreign wedding than if it were just the two of them planning it."
Earlier this month, Kim and Kanye visited Paris, where their wedding will take place, to scout locations. Among the places visited was the Palace of Versailles. However, according to reports, the Palace isn't willing to host the affair. Although Kim and Kanye were previously denied for the location, they thought that if they visited, they would have a better chance, but the answer was still a firm "no."
At this point, the location in which Kim and Kanye will tie the knot is a mystery, but their date seems to be secure. On Jan. 27, Hollywood Life reported that the pair were planning to tie the knot this June. The site also claimed that the nuptials will be "extravagant."
Since this is Kanye's first marriage, he wants to go big, and hopefully, fans will see it go down on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
