Gabrielle Union Says She's On The 'Porn Diet'

Gabrielle Union just announced her engagement to longtime love Dwayne Wade, and now, she's thinking ahead to her upcoming wedding -- starting with her dream dress and the dream body she'll be putting in it. In order to get that dream body, the actress has taken on the "Porn Diet."

On Monday night, Union appeared on Conan where she chatted about this unconventional diet and exercise plan which she has adopted from the adult stars who just happen to work out at her gym.

When host Conan O'Brien asked if she often watched these porn stars, say on the Stairmaster, Union replied, "Yep, and I'll be on the next one going, 'You're not getting off before me!'" And her obsession doesn't stop there.

Union also watches the women in the juice bar, paying close attention to what they are ordering so that she can also adopt their eating habits. "I'll watch and see what they're ordering," Union said, adding that the women appear to adhere to a vegan (no meat and no dairy) diet based on their orders.

Then, when O'Brien wanted to know how Union is so sure that these women are in the porn industry, Union candidly admitted that she recognized them.

In December, Union announced her and Wade's engagement on Instagram. "Sooooo this happened... #Yessss," Union wrote on the social networking site along with a photo of her 8.5 carat cushion-cut engagement ring designed by celebrity favorite, Jason of Beverly Hills.
