Jenni "JWoww" Farley and her fiancé Roger Mathews are expecting a baby this summer and while the pregnancy is thrilling for the couple, the side effects have been less than exciting. In fact, Farley's intense morning sickness has gotten quite serious, resulting in her losing weight and being placed on medication.

"I was put on [anti-nausea medication] Zofran because I lost nine pounds in three weeks," Farley told E! News on Jan. 13. "I have been feeling hung over every day or I'm hugging the toilet."

However, despite the hardships, Farley claimed to be "cool with it," even though it has led her to ditch her gluten and dairy-free diet.

"The only thing that settles my stomach is cereal and Greek yogurt," she explained. "Every morning, Roger gets me water and a bowl of cereal but as a joke he always puts something in my cereal. Last week, I got a prune then a baby carrot and then a hardboiled egg in its shell. I think he gets a kick out of it and hearing me scream at him."

At the time she announced her pregnancy in December, Farley told fans, "Roger and I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas gift this year! We wanted to share this exciting news with you all first because you have been a part of our lives these past few years and seen the love between Roger and I develop and blossom. We are so excited to share this new chapter of our lives with you as we become parents and create more memories with a new addition to our family! Thank you for all your love and support and for being there for us throughout the years! We are extremely happy and cannot wait for our bundle of joy to arrive!"
