DJ Pauly D's Custody War Rages On

DJ Pauly D was blessed with a daughter last year, but unfortunately, since him and the mother aren't an item, things haven't been easy when it comes to establishing visitation.

Pauly first met Amanda Markert, Amabella's mother, while DJing in Las Vegas last summer. After a brief hookup, the pair went their separate ways. Then, months later, the former Jersey Shore star received the news that she had welcomed a child and after a DNA test, Pauly was proven to be the father.

Although Amanda first claimed that she would love to resolve their custody issues between herself and Pauly, things quickly took a turn for the worse and as a result, both parties filed for full custody.

Now, after meeting his daugther just once in November, Pauly is reportedly dealing with visitation issues once again, and sources close to him claim it's the fault of Amanda.

"The two were set to meet up around Christmas, but Amanda stood him up," a source revealed to Radar Online. "He had all of Amabella's Christmas gifts, so he was really upset. Pauly has been trying to set up a second meeting, but Amanda and her attorney keep denying the visits. He didn't want to get the courts involved, but she's given him no choice."

Later this month, Pauly and Amanda are due in court to address the issue of child custody at which point Pauly hopes the judge will "mandate custody time" for him to spend with his daughter.
