Tori Spelling Celebrates The New Year With Husband Dean McDermott, Shares Photo Online

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are reportedly on the verge of a split, but a new photo hints at otherwise.

Following a bombshell cheating scandal in which a woman named Emily Goodhand claimed she and McDermott had engaged in an affair, both Spelling and McDermott stayed quiet. However, after Spelling surfaced in Los Angeles without her wedding ring, many assumed that the reality TV pair were headed for a divorce. Then, on New Year's Eve, Spelling surfaced once again with her ring on.

According to a January 1 report by TMZ, Spelling was seen making a burger run on Tuesday afternoon and was clearly wearing her ring. Then, hours later, she took to her blog where she shared a happy family photo with her fans. In the picture, she and McDermott were seen looking as cozy as they could be with two of their four kids and holding a sign which read, "Happy New Years 2014 The McDermotts."

In her blog entry which accompanied the photo, Spelling told fans of her and her husband's New Years celebration."Happy New Year everyone! I can NOT believe it's 2014," she wrote. "Time flies when you're having fun... and when you have 4 little ones running around! We rang in the New Year with (kid-friendly) cocktails, lots of yummy treats and some quality family time." 

At the end of last month, Goodhand spoke wtih Us Weekly, claiming that she and McDermott slept together during a business trip to Toronto after being introduced by mutual friends. She also alleged that McDermott told her he and Spelling were no longer having sexual relations.
