Beyoncé to Release Third Fragrance, Rise

Beyoncé will be launching her third fragrance, Rise.

Rise will be released February 2014 and the scent is being described as having to do with empowerment, especially for women. It will have a "intoxicating, addictive luminous floral" smell.

"The fragrance concept is a about female empowerment and finding the inner strength that makes women so beautiful," Marsha Brooks, vice president of global marketing for fragrances in the Coty Beauty division of Coty Inc, told E! News.

Rise will join Pulse and Heat among Beyoncé's fragrances. According to WWD, Mrs. Cater jas already  sold $400 million in fragrances. Her selling power continues this week as Billboard predicted that her self titled album will spend another week on Hot 200. It is forecast to sell between 260,000-280,000 copies.

The fifth album by the pop icon has sold more than one million digital copies since its surprise release on Dec. 13. Beyonce shocked the world by releasing her long anticipated album without any promotion or prior notice. The disc is now available in stores for purchase.
