The pace of Strictly Come Dancing is now taking its toll on Natalie Gumede.
The star said that the exercise is making her body stay fit but it was also exhausting at the same time.
"I've toned up but I do feel I've aged," she told The Daily Mirror. "I think it's because I'm so tired. I feel like I've lived two years on Strictly. September seems a lifetime ago."
"I did two years of Corrie but I feel like I've lived that experience on Strictly. September seems a lifetime ago."
The 29-year-old is already 11 weeks into the dancing competition, which airs on BBC1 on Saturday and Sunday nights.
The star revealed that she rehearses at least seven hours a day with pro Artem Chigvintsev. This is why her fainting spell last month did not come as a surprise. Because of this incident, she was forced to miss a week and now she giving herself Sundays off but she is absolutely worried about what's its effect will be on the competition.
"I feel very, very vulnerable. Even after 30 or 40 hours of training," she said. "We're not at the stage where we will be consistently good. You know things can still go wrong."
