Amelia Heinle has renewed her contract with Young and the Restless but the fate of co-star Billy Miller is in question, On Air With Soaps reported Friday.
Heinle has played Victoria Newman on the CBS soap opera for 10 years, assuming the role from Emmy winner Heather Tom in 2003. She took to Twitter to announce that she would continue on in the role of Victor and Nicki's business minded daughter for more years to come. She also addressed the status of her co-star Miller. There has been speculation that he will leave the popular role of Billy Abbott.
Thank you for your continued support. I'm really happy to be staying for my tenth year on Y and R! Now we need Billy to sign on again too!

He's one of a kind and will be missed terribly if He goes. — Amelia Heinle (@AmeliasGlimmer) November 16, 2013
I'll do my best to convince Him to stay, that's the truth, working with Billy is one of my favorite parts of this show.

Daytime Confidential reported that Miller was in negotiations with Y&R. Sources told the site that the show was already testing other actors to assume the popular role if Miller chose to leave. The casting call for new characters “Josh Williams” and “Josh Abbott” are really a smokescreen for Miller’s character.
