Halle Berry Gives Birth: Son Named Maceo Robert Martinez?

Halle Berry and Oliver Martinez have named their son, Maceo Robert Martinez, E! News reported Monday.

"They chose it because it means gift from God," a source said. "Olivier wanted to give a nod to his Spanish roots. They picked the name a while ago, they love it."

Berry gave birth to her second child on Saturday, Oct. 5 at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. She has another child, five year-old, Nahla, with ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry. The two men famously came to blows last Thanksgiving which stepped from Berry wanting to relocate Nahla to Martinez' native France.  

However, there has been no reported conflict in the past few months as Berry and Martinez anticipated the arrival of their son. The two even wed in France but Martinez said in June that the family would not be moving abroad.

"My son will remain an American, but I will remain French. I remain a Frenchman in America, but I adapt to American culture. I feel good there-but I'm still a foreigner. My son will be an American," he said.
