Ronan Farrow is in talks with MSNBC to host his own show, The Hollywood Reporter claimed Wednesday.
Farrow is a journalist and served on the Obama administration's foreign policy department and also at the State Department, where he founded the Office of Global Youth Issues. He was also an advisor to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during the Arab Spring uprising. His political leanings would align with the progressive network and should a deal be agreed upon, he would join the weekend line up.
Aside from his professional credentials, Farrow would also bring star power to the network. Farrow is the only biological son between humanitarian and actress Mia Farrow and director Woody Allen. However, Farrow's paternity was put into doubt in the November issue of Vanity Fair.
In her youth, Mia was married to legendary singer, Sinatra. She called him the great love of her life and said he could be Ronan's father despite the fact that they had divorced by the time he was born.
"Possibly," Mia asked if the late singer could be the father.
Nancy Sinatra Jr. was asked about Ronan being treated as a member of the celebrated family. She responded by email.
"He is a big part of us, and we are blessed to have him in our lives," she said via email.
