Zac Efron Collapses After Alleged Hillbilly Heroin Overdose :REPORT

Zac Efron collapsed after a drug overdose, RadarOnline reported Wednesday.

According to the National Enquirer, the 25-year old nearly overdosed on oxycodone which is known as Hillbilly heroin on the streets.  His near death experience came after a wild night of partying earlier in the year. Allegedly, guests needed to revive the High School Music actor. The publication obtained a photo of Efron passed out.

"I was scared for him," an eyewitness told the Enquirer. "If he doesn't clean himself up, he'll be Hollywood's next big drug tragedy."

The eyewitness passed a polygraph test and said that the actor was badly in need of a fix at the time of his collapse. The supplier came in from the street, selling prescription pills. Efron also consumed Adderall and marijuana.

"If he didn't have such a need for the oxy, I don't think he would have let us come into the room," the source said. "He was like a junkie. He wanted the drugs so bad, and this was the only way he could get them."

Efron's hotel room was also filled with strewn about pill bottles according to the source.  The eyewitness feared that the actor had died because of his behavior.

"He went through a lot of pills even though it was clear he was entering a danger zone," the source added, noting that the actor later disappeared into the bedroom with a brunette who later told the source "they had sex."
