Jon Gosselin Fires Warning Shot at Photogragher

Jon Gosselin pulled a gun on a photographer and fired a shot over the weekend, TMZ reported.

A female photographer apparently followed the former reality TV home in Pennsylvania on September 21. She started taking pictures of Gosselin while he was at his home in the woods.  Gosselin then pulled a gun on the photographer and fired away and yelled at her for trespassing.

Gosselin would not apologize for his actions.

"I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew and used to fire a warning shot AWAY from the paparazza" Gosselin, "It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property."

Gosselin ultimately decided that he would not press charges.

"The message that I take my family's privacy seriously was sent loud and clear" he said. "I trust that she will respect that in the future."

Gosselin has been in the news as of late because he admitted to being a waiter. He went from being a star on Jon and Kate Plus 8 to waiting tables.

"At first I was nervous because I was like, 'How are people going to react?'" he said. "But then I'm thinking, 'Well it's fun and I get to talk to people.' And they technically already know me...they're like 'Are you the guy?' I'm like, 'Yeah, I'm the guy.'"
