The Game made headlines this week when he, together with Drake, donated $20,000 to Anna Angel, a woman who lives in Ohio who lost her five children and boyfriend in a fire, PEOPLE reported.
But the rapper is not stopping with this kind gesture. The 33-year-old rapper whose real name is Jayceon Taylor is reportedly channeling $1 million of his own money into the Robin Hood Project. The goal of this project is to give money to people all over the world.
"It's a hand-to-hand project," he explained. "If I see someone who looks like they could use it and my heart tells me I should contribute to their struggles, I'll give them something. The direction comes from within."
The Robin Hood Project has only been launched three weeks ago but The Game has already donated about $80,000. The phone has been ringing off the hook with many celebrities wanting to contribute to this project.
"So many people want to be part of it already," he said. "It's crazy. I had no idea I'd set something like this off."
The Game said that this act of kindness doesn't fit with his bad-boy image.
"When people tell me what I'm doing is great, I'm like, 'Are you talking to me? I'm The Game! I'm dangerous!' But doing all of these acts has brought a tremendous amount of positivity to my life. I'm still who I am at the core, but I have a heart."
