It was a big night for Justin Timberlake, winning a lifetime achievement award and having a reunion with 'N Sync which was 10 years in the making at the MTV Video Awards Sunday.
After the video clips of the various music videos of Timberlake such as Cry Me a River, Like I Love You, Rock Your Body and Mirrors showed on the big screen, he made his way through the Barclays Center on Sunday. He performed his latest single, Take Back the Night.
the audience waited for the 'N Sync reunion as Timberlake continued to perform.
As if it was still 2000, the guys -- J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick and Timberlake-performed their popular hit Bye Bye Bye with the famous dance moves. It was only a quick song but the reunion is on par with the expectation of the crowds.
When Timberlake received the evening's biggest honor, the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award (this is the equivalent of a lifetime achievement honor), he said: "Most of all, I owe [this award" to those four guys up there," he said. "Above all else, I'm gonna share it -- I'm gonna keep it at my house though.
