The manager found Band breathing and conscious but "bleeding all over the place and I found him on the side of the road."
Band issued a statement to US Weekly saying that he was left to bleed by his abductors and that he pleaded for his life.
"Don't kill me as I am about to be a dad," he reportedly told the assailants, according to the statement cited by the magazine. "We don't kill fathers," the men reportedly said.
Police are investigating the abduction of the 32-year-old musician.
