Kourtney Kardashian Paternity Scandal? 'KUWK' Star Claims DNA Proof Scott Disick Father of Mason

Kourtney Kardashian revealed the results of a paternity test that showed Scott Disick is the father of her 3-year-old son, Mason, on Thursday.

Kardashian told Us Weekly in a statement that she wanted to put an end to the rumors surrounding her son.  

"After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father," Kardashian said.

"While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies -- especially when the truth was never in doubt -- this story must be put to rest."

Michael Girgenti, a male model, filed legal paperwork last week  with the claims that he was the father of Mason. He demanded joint custody from the reality star. He said he  and Kardashian  engaged in a sexual relationship in 2008. He alleged that he and Kardahashian began a texting relationship in August 2008 and that the two started a physical one in March 2009.

Girgenti described that Kardashian explained she and boyfriend, Scott Disick, were no longer together. It then led to their encounter and allegedly he and Kardashain had "unprotected vaginal sex".

Girgenti was not convinced of the results. He told TMZ Thursday that the paternity test could have been forged. A hearing has been set for later this month.
