Lisa Kudrow was a feeling a little nostalgic with former Friends costar Matthew Perry when he filled in as guest host on Piers Morgan Tonight on July 26.
The two reminisced about how much they enjoyed together on the iconic sitcom that ended nine years ago.
Perry, 43, admitted that if he has a time machine, then he would go back to 2004 and make time stop.
Kudrow agreed that if it were up to the cast then the show would keep going as all of them always had fun working together.
In the sitcom, Lisa Kudrow portrayed Phoebe Buffay who was an eccentric masseuse and a self-taught musician. Her character was ditsy but street smart. Phoebe was famous for writing and singing her own strange songs, accompanying herself on the guitar. She had an evil twin, Ursula, who was also quirky but so unlike Phoebe. During the last season, Phoebe married Mike.
On the other hand, Matthew Perry portrayed Chandler Bing. Chandler was an executive in statistical analysis and data reconfiguration for a large multi-national corporation but will quit his job during season nine. His character is known for his sarcastic sense of humor as well as his bad luck when it comes to relationships. Chandler marries Monica in season seven.
The pair were asked by CNN producers to choose their favorite moment from the show and surprisingly both of them chose the same scene. Chandler and Phoebe almost kissed but Chandler admitted that he was in love with Monica.
"That was hilarious. I forgot how much fun we were having," Perry said after they watched the clip. Then he asked Kudrow, 49, who was the best kisser on the show.
"Say it's me," he told Kudrow.
"It's you," she replied.
"It's me. Great!" he responded.
I'm sure that a lot of fans would also want Friends to continue. Would there be a comeback in the near future?
