Gaga Wears Gun Bra: Was The Rifle Lingerie Offensive? [VIDEO]

After Lady Gaga wore a gun bra on stage at a Vancouver performance on Friday, gun-control advocates became outraged that the singer couldn't resist taking advantage of a prime media opportunity.

Since the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting on Dec. 14, parents throughout the country have been even more sensitive to gun images in the media. Knowing that pre-teens and teens are obsessed with Gaga, the appearance of a bra with assault weapons sent Twitter into a frenzy.

Twitter immediately exploded with angry tweets:

SmallgGay @ SmallgGay agreed, tweeting: "#DoItForGabby Ban Lady Gaga because she wore a gun bra."

And Young King @ DangUntouchable said: "Lady gaga elle est horrible." Translation: Lady Gaga is horrible.
