‘Mindy Project’ Season 1 Spoilers: Seth Rogen Cast As Love Interest For Mindy

Mindy Kaling is one lucky gal! As the freshman year of "The Mindy Project" continues, the new Fox series has locked in a pretty big guest star...Seth Rogen!

A press release on SpoilerTV.com revealed that not only would the "Guilt Trip" star be appearing on "The Mindy Project," but he would be appearing as a love interest for Mindy! Rogen will be playing Sam, a guy who Mindy met while at Jewish summer camp. Sam happened to be her first kiss, and the episode will have the pair reuniting. They had a spark as teens...but will whatever they had at that magical summer at Jewish camp carry over to today? Fans will just have to wait and see!

The episode is called, "The One That Got Away," and fans can catch Rogen on it when it airs on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 9:30 p.m.  

Besides Rogen's appearance, "Mindy Project" viewers can also look forward to Mindy attempting a one night stand with mid-wife Brendan, Danny meeting a younger woman, and Mindy's college brother turned rapper. Entertainment Weekly also reported in December that Kaling's former "Office" co-star (and on-and-off screen love) will be guest starring this season as well.

Meanwhile fans of the series can catch "The Mindy Project" when it returns to Fox tonight, Jan. 8 at 9:30 p.m. Viewers will remember that Mindy had a tough episode before the show took a brief holiday break. Mindy's sports attorney boyfriend, Josh, ended up having a secret relationship behind her back. Tonight's episode will find Mindy trying to put her relationship mistakes behind her and move forward in 2013.
