Rihanna’s New Mansion Includes Seven Bedrooms And Four-Car Garage

Rihanna has bought a new mansion worth $12 million.

According to TMZ, Rihanna's new mansion includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a four-car garage, and a 6000 square foot backyard. The new house is in the Pacific Palisades area of California.

That garage in Rihanna's new mansion should come in handy. According to MTV, the singer just received a new Porsche as a thank you from Roc Nation.

Rihanna needed this new mansion because her last purchase in Los Angeles did not work out so well. As TMZ reports, the singer bought a different mansion in Beverly Hills back in 2009, only to see the house suffer water damage during a rainstorm.

Rihanna then sued the woman who sold her the house, claiming that this woman knew about defects in the home but didn't tell the singer about them. Rihanna ultimately had to sell her old mansion for nearly $2 million less than what she paid for it.

Rihanna's new mansion should be large enough to give her plenty of privacy from her neighbors. But if she ever gets lonely she can go visit Seal or Tom Brady, both of whom have properties of their own near Rihanna's house.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reports that Rihanna also bought a different new mansion in Barbados earlier this year. This one she gave to her mother, Monica Braithwaite.
