You may know her as Beyonce's little sister. You may not even know her at all. But unlike the many other pop stars who, given the tiniest bump of limelight, will do everything they can to maintain their spotlights, Solange revels in her obscurity. With five years of really solid, immediately recognizable music under her belt, the youngest Knowles girl proves that she's not so much eclipsed by her older sister as she is hidden by her older sister, in spite of Beyonce's stratospheric fame, like an impossibly well-kept secret. But thanks to Pitchfork's giving Solange's "Losing You" the distinction of "Best New Track," the secret is decidedly out.

And once you hear it, you'll probably help that once well-kept secret spread-- that is, if you can stop slow jamming.
