Halle Berry Fight Over Nahla; Gabriel Aubrey Arrested After Punching Olivier Martinez

A fight on Thanksgiving morning outside of Halle Berry's house ended with her fiancé Olivier Martinez and baby daddy Gabriel Aubrey in the hospital.

Los Angles police reported that a fight between Martinez, 46, and Aubry, 36, broke out in Berry's driveway when Aubry dropped off four-year-old Nahla.

According to TMZ, the custody exchange became violent when Martinez allegedly approached Aubrey telling him, "We have to move on." Aubry reportedly threw the first punch, knocking Martinez to the ground and attempting to take a swing at his face. Martinez was able to block the blow and pin down the angry father.

Both Martinez and Aubry were forced to go the hospital where People.com reports that Martinez may have suffered from neck injuries and a broken hand. Aubry is suspected to have a head injury and broken rib.

The LAPD Media Relations and Community Affairs revealed to reporters that Aubry was "booked for private persons arrest for battery" following his hospital release. The Canadian model was released from custody with a $20,000 bail set.

According to People.com, an emergency protective order against Aubry was put in place. Gabriel Aubry is required to stay 100 yards away from Olivier Martinez, Halle Berry and daughter Nahla. 

This isn't the first time Aubry was accused of getting physical. In 2010 he was accused of pushing a nanny that was holding Nahla. He was not charged due to insufficient evidence. 

The brawl between Martinez and Aubry also comes after the early November court ruling that Berry could not move Nahla to France.
