You might soon see a Jobro on the "American Idol" panel next season! Nick Jonas, 19, has just confirmed that he is indeed being considered for the coveted judging position.
"The rumors are true ... I am being considered to be a judge on American Idol," Jonas wrote to his horde of Twitter followers. "And it would be a dream come true if it happens. #nickonidol."
Just last month, Fox confirmed Mariah Carey will be an official judge on the show after last season's judges, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler, handed in their pink slips. The talented diva, who will earn a reported $18 million dollars for the year released a statement about her excitement to join the long-running series.
"it's going to be fun and rewarding to help find new talent and give back with 'American Idol,'" the busy mother-of-two expressed." I can't wait to channel my creative energy as a part of this show which is a massive global phenomenon."
Jonas's older brother, Nick, 24, has a reality show on the E! network with wife Danielle, 26, called "Married To Jonas."
