Mary-Kate Olsen Goes Bare In New York

Mary-Kate and her doppelganger, Ashley Olsen, are the harbinger of the "homeless chic" style. The 26-year-old moguls often opt for layers upon layers of clothing. Most often then not, they are seen wearing weighty woolly sweaters, berets, fanciful jewelry, their signature oversized designer shades and a ubiquitous Starbucks beverage.

However, Mary-Kate had us doing a double-take during a recent sighting at New York City's JFK airport. The designer appeared to have shed quite a few layers from her usually cumbersome attire. She looked travel ready, wearing a pair of black jeans, leather jacket, leopard print loafers, and a tattered straw fedora.

Surprisingly, the usually made-up starlet sported a bare face, without even a stitch of eyeliner to frame her gorgeous blue-green eyes. Seriously, who likes to wear a ton of make-up for a long flight? we're with Olsen, comfy is the way to go!

Olsen has been spotted on numerous occasions with Olivier Sarkozy, 42, the half brother of former French president Nicolas Sarkozy. According to the New York Post, the unlikely duo are "head over heels" for one another.

Mary-Kate loves her coffee and has admitted to downing the addictive beverage since childhood.  "I remember at 10 sneaking my own coffee and pouring a ton of sugar in and going up to the playroom and drinking it" Olsen told W magazine back in 2006.
