Miley Cyrus is sporting new ink. Cyrus is known for her extensive collection of body art, ranging from the tiny "love" scrawled inside her ear to the dream catcher that stretches down half her torso.
Her latest tattoo is a quote from Theodore Roosevelt written on her forearm reading, "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."
The nineteen-year old newly engaged actress now boasts fifteen tattoos, a number that seems even larger when you realize she started building her collection just three years ago. Still, the future Mrs. Liam Hemsworth never sits down in the parlor chair without a good reason for fresh ink.
Cyrus explained to Harper's Bazaar, "I could never get a meaningless tattoo, but I think that if you're doing something that's important, that's significant in your life, it takes some of the pain away."
Now fans are left to speculate what the meaning behind her newest tattoo is and what new milestone she'll commemorate or message she'll convey with her body art next.
