'Dredd' Trailer Debuts: Karl Urban Starring As Judge Dredd [VIDEO]

'Dredd' has finally got a release date. The post-apocalyptic comic book adaptation will hit theaters Sept. 21. The movie was first announced in 2010.

Pete Travis who directed "Vantage Point" directed "Dredd" and the film also stars Olivia Thirlby as Dredd's young partner.

The first time Judge Dredd hit the big screen was back in 1995 with Sylvester Stallone in the lead role.
