Kings Of Leon's Caleb Followill Welcomes Daughter With Lily Aldridge

Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill and Victoria's Secret model Lily Aldridge welcomed baby daughter Dixie Pearl Followill into the world on Thursday, June 21.

According to People.com, little Dixie Pearl arrived at 1 A.M. and weighed 7 lbs 11 oz, measuring in at 22 inches long.

A rep for the happy couple stated that "Mom, Dad and baby are happy, healthy and enjoying their new addition."

Followill had told E! News earlier this year that he was putting together a soundtrack to help welcome their first child.

"We're trying to pick the music to make the birth fo smoothly," he had revealed. "I want the baby to come out rocking."

I think it's safe to say that Aldridge and Followill's baby will be doing just that.

Lily Aldridge, 26, and Caleb Followill, 30, got married in May 2011 at an intimate ceremony in Montecito, California. MTV reports that the two had met at the Coachella festival in Indio. They had been together for over two years when Followill asked the Victoria's Secret model to marry him.

"It was a perfect day," Followill had said of his wedding day.

The couple announced their pregnancy in December, releasing a statement saying "We are thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child together. We can't wait to meet the new addition to our family."
