Looks like the divorce between Courteney Cox and David Arquette is fully on. Cox has filed papers responding to Arquette's filing for divorce last Friday. Cox's papers were also originally filed last Friday.
In the papers Cox said that she is representing herself like Arquette and that she wants joint legal custody of their eight-year-old daughter, Coco.
Neither Cox's nor Arquette's papers mention a prenuptial agreement. The soon-to-be-exes were married for 12 years, but Cox is worth substantially more. Arquette is reportedly worth an estimated $18 million and Cox is worth an estimated $75 million. Under California law, since there is no prenuptial agreement, the assets are considered community property and Arquette would be entitled to half.
Cox is also asking in the papers to legally change her name back to Courteney Cox.
