BIGBANG’s T.O.P Drug Sentence: G-Dragon's Band Mate Pleads Guilty To Marijuana Usage
T.O.P shocked the world after he was rushed to the hospital earlier this month after being found unconscious. Fans eventually learned that the BIGBANG star took excessive amount of anxiety pill after his marijuana scandal spread on the Internet like wildfire. Now, the 29-year-old South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter, actor, and record producer has pleaded guilty to all charges that he was accused of.
Koraboo reports that T.O.P admitted to 4 incidents of marijuana usage in his first court appearance. The BIGBANG lead rapper spoke to the media at 11:30AM and said, "I admit to everything." He is sentenced to 10 months in prison and two years suspension.
Meanwhile, the doctors revealed at the time that T.O.P's blood pressure was extremely high and his heart beat was very high when he first arrived at the hospital. Upon testing, doctors found that his bloodstream was low on oxygen and was high on carbon dioxide.
The BIGBANG star is prescribed to anti depressants but that is not identifiable through urine. The only thing found on his system was Benzodiazepine.
T.O.P was later transferred to a hospital with a private room as requested by his mother. During his way to the new location, reporters bombarded the BIGBANG's lead rapper with questions, which he only answered with two words - "I'm sorry."
Fans all over the world are rallying on Twitter to show their love and support for T.O.P. The hashtag #StayStrongTOP has even reached the number one trending on the social media platform at the time, proving that many are still behind the BIGBANG star despite his recent controversy.
