As Celeb Dirty Laundry reports, Nikolas died in the previous episodes of the ABC soap opera, but soap fans are well aware of the fact that dead characters are easily able to find their way back to life.
The publication notes that Sam has been experiencing some weird symptoms recently. While it remains to be seen whether this is part of her postpartum symptoms or the return of a previous illness, "General Hospital" spoilers are noting on the possibility that Nikolas is the one behind it.
It might be that Nikolas is spiking her drink with something to give her hallucinations. "General Hospital" spoilers from the publication reveal that Nikolas may want to get revenge on her and Jason because he lost time to be with his son, Spencer.
This made a lot of fans excited, but many began to wonder whether "General Hospital" will get Tyler Christopher back to play the role of Cassadine or if there will be a recast. Per TVLine, negotiations to renew Christopher's contract "fell apart" in September.
There were beliefs that Christopher will return to "General Hospital," as the actor teased about this in September at the GH Fan Club Weekend. However, both parties were unable to reach a deal and Nikolas was last seen in the ABC soap opera in July 2016.
