Maddie Ziegler Hints Chloe Lukasiak Was A Fake Friend? 'Book Of Henry' Actress & 'Dance Moms' Star Not Pals Anymore
Maddie Ziegler has been a part of "Dance Moms" for as long as anyone can remember. So expectedly, the young star is believed to have formed a special bond with her fellow Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) Junior Elite Competition Team members, but it seems that she has found her real BFF outside the hit Lifetime show. The "Book of Henry" actress recently revealed that she dealt with fake friends, was she talking about former pal and biggest rival, Chloe Lukasiak?
"I learned at a very young age that not everyone is your true friend and not everyone is going to like you," Maddie Ziegler told J-14. "One girl in our group would say mean things to me like, 'Why are you wearing your hair like that?,' or 'Your outfit's ugly." Although many assumed that the former "Dance Moms" star was pointing at Chloe Lukasiak, the 14-year-old dancer, actress, model, writer, and businesswoman was actually talking about her so-called-friends in school.
Maddie Ziegler confessed that she shed a lot of tears because of these fake friends. But despite this unfortunate incident, the "Ballerina" actress made sure that she will not let the mean comments pull her down, instead, she took it as a lesson to never be friends with someone who does not see the good in her anymore.
Meanwhile, Chloe Lukasiak has previously revealed that she is no longer close pals with Maddie Ziegler. "We're not as close as we used to be, but that's just kind of what happens, unfortunately," Chloe Lukasiak shared to Teen Vogue. Although it's easy to conclude that this is all because of their rivalry on the show, the former "Dance Moms" star revelation had nothing to do with the past at all. As it turns out, it was their busy schedules that played a big role in their falling out.
While many may think that the rift in the pair's friendship was a result of Abby Lee Miller's treatment, the "Dance Moms" season 7 star noted that it was actually their busy schedules that played a big role in their falling out. "It's just hard to stay close when you're traveling all over the world," Chloe Lukasiak noted.
