Eminem New Album 2017 Release Date In July: ‘Rap God’ Rapper Teases Possible Collaboration With Dr. Dre?
Eminem is currently working on a new album and various reports claim that the 44-year-old rapper may release his new record this July. The "Rap God" rapper has also recently made his return to social media to talk about Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine. Is he collaborating with Dr. Dre again?
Eminem's new album is believed to be released this July, as the "Lose Yourself" rapper himself confirmed in 2016 that he was working on a new album. While the release date of Eminem's new album is still unknown and reports are to be taken with a grain of salt, many fans believe that the rapper will release it in July or August.
August also appears to be a popular choice for the release of Eminem's new album, as the "Love the Way You Lie" rapper will be performing in various events during this month. Many fans also thought that Eminem has already announced his new album after posting a new photo on Instagram, notes Billboard.
This has led to an increase in Eminem's followers on Instagram and has placed him back to the publication's Social 50. The said photo looks like an album's cover, but it turns out it was simply the photo Eminem chose to promote the HBO Documentary on Dr. Dre and and Jimmy Iovine.
As Rolling Stone reports, Eminem will be appearing in the four-part film and in the short trailer, the "Stan" rapper spoke highly about Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine. The "Slim Shady" rapper referred to Dr. Dre as "the innovator" while Iovine was "the levitator."
This sparked speculations among Eminem's fans that Dr. Dre will become a huge part of his upcoming album. After all, this is not the first time that Eminem and Dr. Dre have collaborated, so many fans are looking forward to another hit single.
